THE LAKE
Hotlake has a spring that connects it to the Pescara River, which flows nearby. This allows for a constant exchange of water, keeping it clean and oxygenated. Every year, we carry out tests to monitor the quality of the water. The lake is rich in fish, and you can also find turtles, ducks, and, depending on the season, various types of migratory birds. We take care of the greenery, striving to maintain a balance between our presence and the nature that surrounds us.

THE MOUNTAIN
The Majella, the mother mountain of Abruzzo, every day offers us a different emotion.
THE VALLEY
The Valpescara is an area rich in interesting landscapes, and several villages overlook the riverbed.
VEGETATION
We passionately care for our flowers and plants around the lake. The path along the perimeter is perfect for both walking and running.
WILDLIFE
The lake is rich in fish. Carp are abundant and have become like family. We often see turtles in the morning warming up on the structures.
ROSCIANO
Not far from us, the village of Rosciano deserves a visit, also to appreciate the view of the lake and the mountain.
